that the Governor of Hong Kong has

asked that in the cases of agreements

FURTHER ACTION.

concluded with Nursing Sisters

engaged for service in the Medical

Department of the Colony, the words

"the date on which she takes up her

appointment in the Colony" should be

substituted for the words "the date

from which

funds of the Colony"

in Clause 3(2) of the Schedule to

the Agreement.

I am to request that all

such agreements may be amended

accordingly in the future.
